Programs
The Montgomery County Veterans Service
Commission offers
an excellent outreach program designed to promote awareness
of benefits for the veterans of the county by providing
general presentations to interested groups, networking with
veterans organizations and distributing a bi-monthly newsletter
focusing on issues concerning veterans and their families.
The outreach program also provides assistance by way of
referrals for job skills training to increase earning capacity
and counseling in the management of personal finances.
